Krotiuk K. Psychological features of the development of the value-meaning sphere of military personnel

The dissertation is devoted to the study and research of the peculiarities of the development of the value-sense sphere of servicemen at different stages of professional activity. In the conditions of warfare, servicemen can completely lose meaningful and meaningful values or make a successful internal transformation towards personal productive growth. The author's own structural model of the development of the value-sense sphere of servicemen is proposed, strategies of behavior of servicemen in the conditions of combat operations are highlighted and related to the stages of development and restructuring of significant and meaningful values. The value-sense restructuring of servicemen is confirmed by establishing statistical differences in health, intransigence to shortcomings, developed will, traditions, and goodness at the stages of professional activity. Servicemen showed an increase in neuropsychological stability and adaptive capabilities, behavioral regulation, and the level of resistance to combat stress. As a result of testing the effectiveness of the author's training program for supporting the value stability of servicemen, the growth of value comprehension of self-development, self-improvement, honing of military skills, manifestation of leadership qualities of command, strengthening of their own authority, vigilance, responsibility and activity was confirmed.
