Simonenko O. Peculiarities of the social and psychological climate in the structures of state administration and local self-government

The dissertation is devoted to the theoretical substantiation and empirical study of the features of the socio-psychological climate in the structures of state administration and local self-government, since the implementation of a number of reforms in Ukraine, incl. reforms of local self-government and territorial organization of power actualized the problem of the social and psychological climate in the collectives of state and local self-government bodies. The object of the study is the socio-psychological climate in the structures of state administration and local self-government. The subject of the study is the peculiarities of the socio-psychological climate in the structures of state administration and local self-government. The purpose of the study is the theoretical justification and empirical study of the features of the socio-psychological climate in the structures of state administration and local self-government. In accordance with the purpose of the research, the following tasks are defined: 1) as a result of the theoretical and methodological analysis, to find out the main approaches to the study of the phenomenon of the socio-psychological climate of organizations, management bodies; 2) develop a theoretical model of the sociopsychological climate in the structures of state administration and local selfgovernment; 3) find out the specifics of the content, structure, and factors of the social and psychological climate in state administration and local self-government bodies; 4) develop and test a program for optimizing the social and psychological climate of state administration and local self-government bodies.
