Essay

The thesis deals with the study of the problem of adaptation to partial dentures of patients with defects in the dentition. To achieve the goal, a study was made of the causes of the specific response of the dentition to a partial denture, improvement of the diagnostic methods for the adaptive process, microbiological studies before treatment and at different steps after dental prosthetics; the use of an improved temporary removable prosthesis for therapy and prevention of infectious and inflammatory processes on the mucous membrane of the prosthetic bed has been proposed and clinically reasoned.
