Kuzhelev O. Legal services: essence and types

The thesis work is focused on the disclosure of theoretical legal principles of foundation, content and types of legal services; upgrading the categorical and conceptual framework of legal science; development of scientific and practical recommendations for the implementation of certain types of legal services into national legislation. In the Introduction the relevance of the research topic is justified, the connection with scientific programs, plans, topics is defined, the purpose and tasks are formulated, the object and subject matter are highlighted, the functionality of research methods are revealed, the scientific novelty of the obtained results are highlighted, the practical value of obtained research results is emphasised, the statement of approbation of thesis’ materials and the author’s publications are pointed out.
