For today there was such situation to Ukraine, that the main problem of facilities of water-carriage is a considerable moral and physical wear of transport vehicles and port equipment. It is related to that swingeing majority of facilities of water-carriage of Ukraine is in exploitation over (30.40) years. This factor is reason of frequent deaths component blocks (elements) of facilities of water- carriage. And it, in turn, stipulates superfluous charges as material, such sentinel resources on providing of transportations of load and passengers by a river and marine transport.
