Object of study: state of organization of medical and preventive work on prevention of adolescent traumatism taking into account risky behavior and Internet technologies The purpose of work: medical and social justification for improving the model of prevention of adolescent trauma through communication by internet blog by preventing manifestations of risky. Scientific novelty of the obtained results: a well-founded functional and organizational model for improving the system of prevention of adolescent injury through the communication of the Internet blog by preventing the manifestations of risky behavior; - the widespread behavioral, kinial, socio-economic risk factors and risk behaviors that provoke injury among traumatized and healthy adolescents were identified; - a strong reliable relationship between behavioral, kinship risk factors, other manifestations of risk behavior and adolescent injury has been established; - high socio-economic effectiveness of the implementation of the model of prevention of adolescent traumatism through the communication of the Internet blog by modifying risk factors and preventing risk behavior; - regional levels of awareness of adolescents about their rights and freedoms to prevent and combat violence with the definition of social and legal institutions to which adolescents prefer to protect their rights and guarantees have been established. The multimodal model of injury prevention by modifying risk factors and introducing protection factors on an interdiscipine basis has been improved; Further development was received: analysis of moribility, disability, mortality among children and adolescents associated with injuries at the national and regional levels.
