Essay

The aim of the study was to improve the results of comprehensive treatment of patients with triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) by improving the tactics and techniques of surgical treatment and postoperative rehabilitation of patients, which was solved during the study: to investigate the clinical and morphological features of triple-negative breast cancer; to study the direct results of radical operations in patients with triple-negative breast cancer; to develop a set of measures for the prevention of postmastectomy syndrome after radical surgery in patients with triple-negative breast cancer; to study the long-term results of treatment of patients with triple-negative breast cancer; evaluate the results of treatment of patients with triple-negative breast cancer, taking into account individual characteristics. It was done a retrospective and prospective analysis of medical histories and examination of 147 women who were in the oncosurgical department №2 of the Kharkiv Regional Clinical Oncology Center or in the medical center LLC "MOLECULE-MED" at the surgical stage of treatment for breast cancer, which met the following criteria: histologically confirmed breast cancer; no distant metastases; surgery as a component of complex or combined treatment; the presence of the results of the imunohistochemical study with a specific molecular subtype of breast cancer; in a prospective study - informed consent of the patient to participate in the study and processing of personal data. All patients underwent a comprehensive clinical, laboratory and instrumental study in accordance with current protocols.
