Pokras O. S. Ensuring the international competitiveness of instrumentation companies innovative products. – Qualifying scientific work, the manuscript. The dissertation for the scientific degree of PhD, specialty 051 "Economics". The dissertation was made at National Technical University of Ukraine "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute", Kyiv, 2020. The dissertation is devoted to the scientific problems solution, which consist of theoretical foundations deepening, scientific and methodological substantiation of ensuring the instrumentation companies innovative products international competitiveness directions. The study improved the methodological approach to ensure the appropriate level of instrumentation competitiveness with the Diamond of M. Porter. In contrast to existing ones, the following provides the opportunity to identify the most affective factors of the instrumentation enterprises and products and to provide recommendations for their neutralizing. The procedures for using the principles of planning strategic changes in the process of composing the provisions strategies for the development of high-tech industries of Ukraine by formulating the basic principles of «Industry 4.0» strategy were improved. Unlike existing ones, these procedures include such offers as: increasing funding for basic research and development and compensation to both public and private institutions; providing state support for foreign economic activity of high-tech enterprises by providing loans on favorable terms and state guarantees; stimulation of the new jobs creation by providing subsidies to all enterprises that create a certain number of such places. The following was further developed at the study. Methodological principles for identifying potential markets for innovative products (including environmentally efficient) based on the application of cluster analysis of groups of countries in measuring quality of life, environmental efficiency and GDP (PPS) per capita were provided. In contrast to existing ones, they are revealing the interdependence between the factors, providing an opportunity to form a list of countries that are potential markets for innovative products of instrumentation enterprises. The category "international competitiveness of products" was developed in the way that in contrast to the existing ones is considered as the presence in the product of certain qualitative and quantitative characteristics that enable to meet effective demand, effectively retain or increase consumer audience in domestic and international markets, and maintain competitive position in the short and long term through the effective implementation of product life cycle management strategy. The methodical principles of expert evaluation of the complex indicator of competitiveness of innovative products by non-price criterion were further developed. In contrast to the existing ones, the following takes into account the specifics of qualitative and quantitative evaluation with the introduction of such concepts as conditionally qualitative and conditionally quantitative components of the complex indicator. The methodological principles of factor analysis of a complex indicator of competitiveness of high-tech or science-intensive innovative products, which, in contrast to existing ones, contain comparisons in terms of competitiveness and export volumes, which provides the opportunity to find reserves to increase product competitiveness. Applied recommendations are also formulated for public authorities that can be incorporated into the program of the high-tech industries development. The applied value of the carried out scientific developments is confirmed by their introduction into the activity of the LLC Firm "Sempal Co Ltd" (reference for No. 2877 from 11.20.2019) and National Technical University of Ukraine "Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" (reference for No. 3111-23 from 26.06.2020), JSC "Odessa Port Plant" (reference for No. 4057 from 20.10.2020), JSC "Luganskgas" (reference for No. 01-02-47/1799-1 from 20.10.20).
