Fedorenko O. Conditions for social integration of internally displaced persons in the host community.

The paper presents the results of a study of the features of social integration of internally displaced persons (IDPs) from Eastern Ukraine; the main conditions that affect the degree of their integration into the host community are defined. The scientific novelty and theoretical importance of the obtained results is that for the first time were done the following: - knowledge about the peculiarities of social integration of displaced persons in the situation of internal migration were structured; - the model of social integration of internally displaced persons in the community were empirically verified; the levels of integration of internally displaced persons in the host community (low, medium, high) were empirically proved; and the relevant components of which they consist were identified; - conditions and factors of social integration of internally displaced persons as a special social group were singled out, which can be considered from the standpoint of relations of migrants with the host community, namely: motivation to stay in the community, informal communication with local residents of the community, formed identity with the community, trust in the community; - the idea of the content of social integration of internally displaced persons in the Ukrainian socio-context were expanded
