The thesis is dedicated to deepening theoretical and methodological foundations and development of practical recommendations for the management of food enterprises under reform the agricultural sector. The object of the study is the process of forming a system of management measures aimed at ensuring the development of food industry enterprises in the Odessa region in terms of reforming the agricultural sector of the economy. The subject of the study is a set of theoretical-methodological and practical bases of food enterprises of Odessa region to ensure expand their market share. It was found that the idea of a modern enterprise is a social formation whose activities are aimed at producing material goods or providing services in a known market for profit, without disturbing the balance with the biosphere, without harming humans, based on continuous improvement of innovative technologies. protected and retain the intellectual property of the developer (products, services and technologies).
