Soloneckiy I. Administrative and Legal Principles on Combating Misdemeanors in the Field of Ensuring Traffic Safety

The author has provided own definition to the concept of ensuring traffic safety, which he has offered to understand as normative and legal regulation and activities of authorized public authorities aimed at protecting human and civil rights and freedoms, as well as the legitimate interests of individuals, society and the state in the field of road trafficking by protecting from road accidents and reducing their consequences and preventing causes and conditions of their occurrence. Problematic issues in the field of administrative and legal ensuring traffic safety have been determined. It has been established that the task for ensuring traffic safety requires the development and consistent implementation of a set of administrative and legal measures aimed at preventing and reducing the level of traffic accidents.
