Matsko N. Organizational and economic support for the development of production potential of an industrial enterprise on an innovative basis.

The scientific novelty of the research lies in solving an important scientific problem of deepening the theoretical and development and substantiation of methodically applied foundations of organizational and economic support for the development of the production potential of an industrial enterprise on an innovative basis. The first chapter explores the theoretical foundations of managing the development of the production potential of an industrial enterprise. The concept of production potential is investigated, a methodological approach to the management of production potential is proposed; organizational and economic mechanism for the functioning of an industrial enterprise on an innovative path of development; algorithm for conducting a technological audit. In the second section, the level of the production potential of industrial enterprises in Ukraine, methods for assessing the level of production and innovation potential of an industrial enterprise are investigated. It has been established that the production potential of industrial enterprises in Ukraine is not ready for the transformational processes of world production. A methodological approach to assessing production potential with the help of IEKO-analysis is proposed; it allows assessing production potential in the context of the main directions of strategic management; a general algorithm for assessing production potential, which takes into account all the necessary stages to ensure a high-quality objective assessment. The third section examines approaches to ensure the development of the production potential of an industrial enterprise on an innovative basis. A mechanism for managing the potential for innovative development is proposed, identifies four management subsystems: target - sustainable development of the enterprise, controlled - potential for innovative development, providing - innovative, production and market potentials, and managing - innovation strategy. An algorithm for the implementation of an environmental management system is proposed. The mechanism for the functioning of an innovation ecosystem for bringing an innovation to the market is presented; it is formed under the influence of global changes and industry 4.0 technologies.
