This thesis is devoted to the study of the organizational and functional structure of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine (hereinafter – the Ministry of Defense) and its legal support. The features of legal support of the functions and powers of the Ministry of Defense and ways to improve it were analyzed. The current state and main directions in the development of the legal support for the organizational structure of the Ministry of Defense were studied.
