Essay

Complex analysis of theoretical and methodological problems of constitutional and legal regulation of maintenance and protection of the rights of internally displaced persons is carried out in dissertation. The research has allowed substantiating and formulating a number of new scientific provisions and practical recommendations aimed at specific updates to current legislation and law enforcement practices in Ukraine to increase the protection of internally displaced persons and search for new mechanisms and innovative solutions in the context of adapting Ukrainian legislation to EU standards.
