The modern world, in which the economy and society develop, is undergoing significant transformations of information and communication channels. Accelerating expansion of social networks, the use of cloud technologies, the probability of access to large databases at the institutional level of a corporate nature have led to an increase in the threats of unauthorized use of personal data and corporate information. Public enterprises undergo constant pressure as a result of increased threats to their economic and personnel safety. For such imperatives, issues of personnel component of economic security of enterprises, in particular public enterprises as strategic subjects of activity are actualized; the need to introduce a number of organizational and economic measures is aggravated, which would protect the company from the risks of losing service and professional secrets, causing losses due to insufficient competence and personnel motivation. The need to improve existing and develop new conceptual approaches to an effective mechanism for personnel security management has led to choosing the topic of the dissertation, its purpose and objectives.
