Fomina A. Improvement of constructions of freight wagons by developing their multifunctional components

Object: processes of functioning of constructive components of freight wagons; objective: scientific substantiation of the feasibility of developing and implementing multifunctional components of freight wagons to improve their technical and economic performance based on the creation and use in their designs of innovative principles of operation under traffic safety; methods: methods of system approach, methods of dynamics and strength of machines, methods of morphological and functional analysis, methods of mathematical and computer modeling, finite element method, method of mathematical planning of experiment, modern methods of experimental research of rolling stock; novelty: scientifically substantiated the feasibility of development and implementation of multifunctional components of freight wagons in order to improve their technical, economic and operational performance; developed a generalized universal mathematical record procedures for the implementation of useful pre-stressed and / or deformed state in the components of car structures; results of the study: the results of strength analysis according to the calculated modes of basic and advanced designs of freight wagons; the proposed methods (useful pre-stressed and / or deformed, elasticdissipative, non-rigid hinged, multi-material) reduction of emerging stresses in the structures of freight wagons during their operation; adequate finite-element models of perspective designs of freight wagons are developed; developed and patented innovative designs of freight wagons; provisions and recommendations of the dissertation are accepted for consideration and implementation at the branch "Panyutyn Wagons Repair Plant" JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia", and are also used in the educational process of the Volodymyr Dahl East Ukrainian National University in training specialists 273 – "Railway Transport", which is confirmed by relevant documents; the branch: transport.
