The dissertation is devoted to the research of problematic issues of territorial branches of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, regulation in the interrelation of their legal and administrative aspects. The normative-legal bases of antimonopoly regulation are analyzed, a number of proposals for making changes and additions to the current antimonopoly legislation are formulated. The system of subjects of antimonopoly regulation, features of their legal position are defined.
