Dissertation is devoted to the legal complex research of the criminal liability for deliberate introduction in circulation of hazardous products on market of Ukraine (release to the market of Ukraine). The history of development, social conditionality and foreign experience in this criminal offense are studied. Based on the study of legislation, theory, and practice according to the topic of the dissertation, the objective and subjective features of a criminal offense, stated in the Article 227 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine are considered and generalized.
