Bezkrovna K. Development of composition, technology and research of tablets based Burnet extract

The dissertation deals with the elaboration of composition end technology of obtaining tablets on the basis of dry extract of Sanguisorba officinalis roots for the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases. The choice is justified of Sanguisorba officinalis roots as a promising object of study for the development of a drug for gastroenterology is justified. The dry extract of Sanguisorba officinalis roots was obtained, its pharmaco-technological, physico-chemical properties were studied, and a specification was developed. Pharmacological studies have determined the conditionally effective dose of dry extract of Sanguisorba officinalis roots. The method of mathematical planning of the experiment established the optimal composition of tablets under the conditional name «Gastro-San», which were obtained by direct compression, the study of their pharmaco-technological properties. A specification for the obtained tablets has been developed. The results of pharmacological and microbiological studies of dry dry extract of Sanguisorba officinalis roots and Gastro-San tablets are analyzed and generalized. It is established that the developed Gastro-San tablets have prospects for introduction and use as a tool with gastroprotective and antimicrobial activity in the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases, including those caused by H. pylori
