Essay

In the dissertation the complex and systematic research of administrative and legal regulation of the activity of private executors is carried out. It is determined that in Ukraine there is a mixed model of enforcement of court and other jurisdictional decisions, which is due to the reform of the judicial system. A proposal was made to introduce a rating of private executors on the basis of clear criteria, which should be determined by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and determine the sequence of placement of private executors in the Register of Private Executors.
