Chukh H. Development of postgraduate education of teachers of philological disciplines in the southern regions of Ukraine (the 1940s of the XX – the beginning of the XXI century)

The dissertation presents the results of historical and pedagogical research on the development of postgraduate education of teachers of philological disciplines in the southern regions of Ukraine (the 1940s of the XX – the beginning of the XXI century). The work characterizes of published and unpublished materials stored in archives, scientific papers and publications of leading domestic scientists of the mid XX – early XXI century, legislation and regulations, curricula, curricula, reports, and other archival data which cover the domestic experience of the content of regional postgraduate pedagogical education. The meaning of the concept "development of postgraduate education of teachers of philological disciplines" is specified. According to the chronological boundaries of the study, the periodization of the development of postgraduate education of teachers of philological disciplines in the southern regions of Ukraine is outlined and substantiated, the features of each period are determined. The work actualizes constructive retro-experience, which determines the possibilities of improving the system of postgraduate education in general.
