The thesis is the theoretical and experimental research of the problem of social value training the future teachers of preschool education.
Based on the analysis of scientific and pedagogical sources, the importance of social values for the individual, as well as their role in the theory and practice of pedagogical science.
The scientific novelty of the study is that:
- first developed and experimentally tested: structural and functional model of the system of upbringing the future preschool education teachers` social values which is represented by three blocks (theoretical and methodological, content and technological, diagnostic and effective), based on axiological, culturological, systemic, competence, activity methodological approaches, includes the purpose, tasks, principles of education, functions (socialization and informational, motivational and value, effective and evaluative); informative resource,pedagogical practice; forms, methods and ways of upbringing the future preschool education teachers` social values, result; qualimetric model for assessing the level of upbringing the future preschool education teachers` social values; developed criteria (motivational and indicative, cognitive and activity, reflexive and evaluative), indicators and levels of upbringing the future preschool education teachers` social values; identified the key concepts of the study: «social values of future preschool education teachers», «upbringing the future preschool education teachers` social values»;
- the basic concept of research «social values» is specified; the relationship of social values with generally defined values and the structure of future preschool teachers` social values, which includes emotional andvalue, cognitive, reflexive components; principles (national orientation, unity of theory and practice, naturalness, cultural conformity, humanism, integrity, dialogicity)
- were further developed; functions education by their concretization on upbringing the future preschool education teachers` social values; forms and methods of upbringing the future preschool education teachers` social values.
Analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature, results of surveys, monitoring studies on the education the social values of future preschool teachers helped to identify problems to provide preschool institutions with qualified educators who have a complete higher pedagogical education and a system of universal values; raising level of future teachers` social values of preschool education in accordance with the tasks of reforming the native education system; improving the conceptual and terminological apparatus of the process of education the future teachers` social values in preschool education; development of a structural and functional model of the process future teachers` social values training and criteria, indicators, levels of education the process of future teachers` social values training; introduction of a special course to increase the level of education future preschool teachers` social values in the educational process of higher education.
The essence of the basic concept of research «social values»; the key concepts of the study «the future preschool teachers` social values»; «training the future preschool education teachers` social values». The structural and functional model of the training system the future preschool education teachers` social values is theoretically substantiated. Criteria for good breeding the social values of future preschool education teachers (motivational and indicative, cognitive and activity, reflexive and evaluative), indicators and levels of training the future preschool education teachers` social values are developed: sufficient; average; high.
At the ascertaining stage the current state of upbringing the future preschool education teachers` social values are studied, a representative sample of experimental participants and control group is formed, a qualimetric model contains the criteria, indicators of upbringing the future preschool education teachers` social values; result, coefficients of weight; questionnaires for measuring indicators of upbringing the future preschool education teachers` social values according to the qualimetric model; the primary measurement were performed; the levels of upbringing the future preschool education teachers` social values are determined: high, average, sufficient. During the formative stage of the pedagogical experiment, a structural and functional model of the system of upbringing the future preschool education teachers` social values was introduced. According to the results of the control stage of the pedagogical experiment, an increased level of upbringing the future preschool education teachers` social values, who formed the experimental group is recorded, according to all criteria and indicators.
