The object of research is the process of professional training of future specialists in physical culture and sports.
The subject of research – pedagogical conditions of formation of professional responsibility of future specialists of physical culture and sports in institutions of higher education.
The introduction substantiates the relevance of the research topic, describes the relationship of work with scientific programs, plans, topics and presents scientific novelty, as well as formulates the practical significance of the results.
In the first section the analysis of the scientific and pedagogical literature is carried out, the analytical review of bases of formation of professional responsibility is carried out. The model of the future specialist in the field of physical education is considered. The main sources and types of human responsibility are analyzed, as well as the hierarchical nature of responsibility is revealed. The essence and structural components (motivational, cognitive, psychological, behavioral) of professional responsibility of future specialists of physical culture and sports are specified.
In the second section of the dissertation the model of realization of pedagogical conditions of formation of professional responsibility is presented, pedagogical conditions of formation of professional responsibility of future specialists of physical culture and sports are substantiated, in particular: increase of motivation of future specialists of physical culture and sports to formation of professional responsibility; improving the content of academic disciplines, which provides in-depth mastering by future specialists in physical culture and sports theory and practice of professional
responsibility; application of professional-oriented approach in the educational process aimed at developing students' ability to practically implement the principles of professional responsibility, as well as criteria (motivational-value, integrative- cognitive, emotional-volitional, behavioral-reflexive) and indicators (high, medium and low) levels of professional responsibility of future specialists in physical culture and sports.
The third section describes the organization of the pedagogical experiment. The practical implementation with the help of the offered forms and methods of research is executed. The effectiveness of pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional responsibility of future specialists in physical culture and sports in higher education institutions has been experimentally proven. Assessment of the level of professional responsibility of future specialists in physical culture and sports was conducted before and after the pedagogical experiment and was implemented using criteria and indicators that were determined depending on the structure of professional responsibility: motivational-value; emotional and volitional; behavioral-reflexive.
For the first time the pedagogical conditions of formation of professional responsibility of future specialists of physical culture and sports in higher education institutions are developed, theoretically substantiated and experimentally checked, such as: increase of motivation of future specialists of physical culture and sports to formation of professional responsibility; improving the content of academic disciplines, which provides in-depth mastering by future specialists in physical culture and sports theory and practice of professional responsibility; application of a professionally-oriented approach in the educational process, aimed at developing the ability of students to the practical implementation of the principles of professional responsibility; clarified the essence of the concept of «professional responsibility of a specialist in physical culture and sports» – a personal trait that involves awareness of the importance of quality performance of duties and conscientious observance of humanistic and professional values in future work, including providing conditions for personal and physical development, improvement health, observance of safety of educational activity of the pupils, besides its structural components (motivational, cognitive, psychological, behavioral) are defined; further development of criteria (motivational-value, integrative-cognitive, emotional-volitional, behavioral-reflexive) and indicators (high, medium and low) levels of professional responsibility of future specialists in physical culture and sports, which allowed to establish the level of professional responsibility of future specialists in physical education culture and sports.
