Essay

The dissertation deals with the theoretical substantiation and practical solution of the scientific task of developing aesthetic competence of preschool education institutions teachers in their professional training. In the theses the pedagogical conditions of developing the aesthetic competence of intending preschool education institutions teachers in their professional training were revealed and substantiated; the structural-functional model of developing the aesthetic competence of intending educators of preschool education institutions containing the complex of interconned blocks, was developed and theoretically substantiated; the concept of “aesthetic competence of intending educators of preschool education” was defined as the ability to aesthetic perception, experience, evaluation and transformation of the world according to the laws of beauty, forming aesthetic ideal, taste, values, possessing developed aesthetic feelings, judgments, knowledge in aesthetics, preschool pedagogy and psychology and skills to apply them in the aesthetic education of children; the structure of aesthetic the competence of intending educators in the composition of motivational, personal, cognitive, activity, reflective components (with the same criteria); the content, educational and methodical support of professional training of intending preschool education institutions teachers in their professional training in the conditions of the higher education institution were improved.
