The issue of moral and aesthetic qualities training of senior preschool children by means of musical eurhythmics has been studied in the thesis.
In the first section “Theoretical foundation of moral and aesthetic qualities training of senior preschool children by means of musical eurhythmics”, the historical and pedagogical analysis of the issues of moral and aesthetic qualities training of senior preschool children coupled with physical education is given based on the survey of philosophic, scientific, methodological psychoeducational literature. The process of formation and development of the theory of moral (value), aesthetic (musical) and physical (rhythmic) education is revealed and determined that the mentioned components of education are closely interconnected. The conceptual field of study is made more concrete, the main notions such as “moral and aesthetic qualities”, “moral and aesthetic qualities training”, and “musical eurhythmics” are formulated. The description of musical eurhythmics as the means of moral and aesthetic qualities training of senior preschool children is given. The content and ground of designed theoretical structural and meaningful model of moral and aesthetic qualities training of senior preschool children by means of musical eurhythmics, which were formed on the basis of the proved interconnection of moral (value), aesthetic (musical) and physical (rhythmic) education, are uncovered. In the second section “Experimental verification of the effectiveness of the implementation of the structural and semantic model of education of moral and aesthetic qualities in children of older preschool age by means of musical-rhythmic gymnastics” the course of scientific research studies, the aim of which was to check the effectiveness of the implementation of designed theoretical structural and semantic model of moral and aesthetic qualities training of senior preschool children by means of musical eurhythmics, was uncovered. The stages of the experimental work were named as follows ascertaining, forming, control. 258 respondents were involved in different types of experimental work, 158 of them were children of senior preschool age, 6 of them were kindergarten teachers, 94 of them were education seekers. The size of the control group was 74 children of senior preschool age, the experimental group consisted of 84 senior preschool children. The validity of derived results were checked with the help of the mathematical statistics criterions (Pearson criterion 2, Spearman rank correlation method). On the ascertaining stage, the methodological map of the study was formed according to which the initial level of bringing up moral and aesthetic qualities of senior preschool children was diagnosed. On the forming stage of the experimental work, the designed theoretical structural and meaningful model of bringing up moral and aesthetic qualities of senior preschool children by means of musical eurhythmics was introduced. The main point of the implementation of the above said model is ensuring the positive dynamics of the level of bringing up of moral and aesthetic qualities of senior preschool children with the help of integration of music and movement. In accordance with the implementation of the pedagogical conditions indicated in the model, an updated content and methodology for bringing up moral and aesthetic qualities in senior preschool children were introduced into the educational process of preschool institutions. Optimization of this process was facilitated by the use of the proposed program of moral and aesthetic training of senior preschool children. In order to optimize the work of pedagogical staff of preschool institutions, a number of practical training seminars were held for kindergarten teachers of senior preschool children. In addition, to provide the appropriate level of training of future preschool teachers to fulfil the work in the mentioned tendency, the special course for higher education seekers on specialty 012 Preschool education was introduced. At the control stage of the experimental work, the analysis of the effectiveness of implementing the content, methods and means of moral and aesthetic qualities training in senior preschool children was carried out. On the ground of the results of the conducted study, it was stated that the practicability of the use of musical eurhythmics as the means of moral and aesthetic qualities training of senior preschool children was proved.
The results and conclusions of the study can be used in the training of preschool teachers in higher pedagogical establishments. The methodological materials, which were developed in the course of scientific research can be used in the practical work of modern preschool education institutions, in the process of organizing physical, moral and aesthetic education of senior preschool children.
