Essay

The Introduction substantiates the relevance and degree of research of the problem, formulates the object, subject, purpose, hypothesis, tasks, and research methods, reveals the scientific novelty, practical significance of the work, provides information on testing and implementation of the results. In the first section – «Theoretical principles of creative self-development of future preschool education specialists in the cultural and educational space of pedagogical college» ‒ the phenomenon of creative self-development of future preschool education specialists is revealed, the essential characteristics of definitions «development», «self-development», «creativity», «creative self-development», «cultural and educational space» and on this basis the essence of the concept of «creative self-development of future professionals» in preschool education, as a type of creative activity of subjective orientation, aimed at self-knowledge in training, self-improvement and creative self-realization in interaction with students and ensures the formation of a positive self-concept of preschool children. The essence, structural components and components of creative self-development of future specialists of preschool education are considered, the problem of cultural and educational space is analysed, the principles of organization and characteristics of cultural and educational space in pedagogical college are defined. The technology of creative self-development of future specialists of preschool education in the cultural and educational space of the pedagogical college is also theoretically substantiated. It consists of the blocks: task-oriented, represented by the purpose and objectives of creative self-development of future specialists in preschool education, the regulatory framework of the research; methodological, which includes conceptual approaches and principles of organizing the process of creative self-development of future professionals in preschool education; procedural, which determined the substantive and organizational support of the process of creative self-development of future specialists in preschool education at the motivational-direction, organizational and reflexive-creative stages of creative self-development; diagnostic-reflexive, which includes components, criteria, indicators and levels, diagnostic process tools of creative self-development of future professionals in preschool education. In the second section –«Experimental testing of technology of creative self-development of future preschool education specialists in the cultural and educational space of pedagogical college» ‒ the efficiency of the proposed technology of creative self-development of future preschool education specialists in the cultural and educational space of the pedagogical college is proved. Criteria and indicators of levels of creative self-development of future specialists of preschool education, which are necessary for an ascertaining and formative experiments: motivational-value (positive motivation for self-development; system of value orientations; developed emotional sphere), worldview-personal (system of knowledge about creativity, creative at the level of concepts and categories; formed humanistic worldview; developed critical thinking), activity-creative (ability to use creative abilities in pedagogical activities, self-education and self-development drive, readiness to raise children’s creativity). The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the introduction into the educational process of the institution of higher education of the technology of creative self-development of future specialists of preschool education in the unity of its structural and functional components; development of methods of psychological and pedagogical diagnosis of levels of creative self-development of future specialists in preschool education; updating the content of academic disciplines in the cycle of professional training of higher education students in the context of the following topics: «Creative self-development of future preschool education professionals: theoretical and methodological aspects», «Motivation to achieve as meeting the intestinal necessity of the individual in creative self-development», «cultural and educational space in the interactive reciprocity process in subjects of study»; supplementing the content of the tasks of pedagogical practice of applicants; development and implementation of a special course of the selective educational component «Theory and practice of creative self-development of preschool education specialists» and a set of practical tasks for the development of creative potential of future preschool education specialists.
