The thesis investigates the information activity of courts in Ukraine and defines the ways to improve the administrative and legal regulation of these relations. It provides an original definition of “legal information” as the information that contains data concerning a specific right, its system, origins, realization, judicial facts, legal relations, law enforcement, violations of law as well as the ways to combat and prevent them, and some data whose use can cause variation of rights and liabilities of the using party.
