Pieshyi O. Forms and methods of activity of the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the complex study of theoretical, normative and applied aspects of forms and methods of activity of the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine. The level of scientific development of the problems of forms and methods of activity of the central executive bodies in Ukraine is analyzed. Emphasis is placed on the fact that despite the issues of the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine were partially the subject of many scientific papers on legal regulation of the organization and activities of central executive bodies of Ukraine, as well as legal support of individual ministries, searches in this direction cannot be considered as exhausted.
