Essay

The thesis is devoted to the problem of educating of communicative tolerance of future pre-school specialists in the process of pedagogical practice. Scientific novelty and theoretical significance of the obtained results: – for the first time an organizational and methodological educating model of the system of education of communicative tolerance of future pre-school specialists in the process of pedagogical practice was developed, consisting of motivational, cognitive, emotional, activity components of this complex personal education and criteria, indicators and levels of communicative tolerance of future pre-school specialists in the process of pedagogical practice; – the key concepts of the research are defined: «communicative tolerance of future pre-school specialists », «educating of communicative tolerance of future pre-school specialists»; – the essence of the concepts «education», «tolerance», «communication», «interaction», «communicative tolerance», «pedagogical practice» is specified; – a comprehensive scientific analysis of the theoretical educating foundations of communicative tolerance of future pre-school specialists in the process of pedagogical practice; – further development of scientific and methodological support of disciplines in educating of communicative tolerance to future pre-school specialists in order to cultivate communicative tolerance. In order to evaluate the effectiveness of the organizational and methodological system of educating communicative tolerance of future preschool education specialists in the process of pedagogical practice at the control stage of experimental work, repeated measurements of the indicators as during incoming rapid diagnostics, comparative analysis of changes and interpretation of research results. The results of the introduction of the organizational and methodological model of education of communicative tolerance of future specialists of preschool education in the process of pedagogical practice proved the effectiveness of its implementation. Therefore, it is experimentally proved that the developed organizational and methodological model of the system of education of communicative tolerance of future specialists of preschool education in the process of pedagogical practice helps to increase the levels of education of their communicative tolerance. Results and conclusions of the research can be used during the compiling textbooks and manuals, the development of pedagogical practice programs, training courses on the upbringing of communicative tolerance to future pre-school specialists; in the practical teachers’ work of educational institutions, where the student’s training in 012 Pre-school education, in psychological and pedagogical research in the relevant field, in the work of educators of pre-school education.
