Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the research of the problems of the activity of state authorities carrying out enforcement of court decisions and decisions of other bodies. It turns out that at present a significant problem is the provision of the state with fast and high-quality execution of court decisions and decisions of other bodies, as the citizens of Ukraine distrust the judiciary. The research was carried out using both general and special methods of scientific knowledge in their systematic relationship, which allowed to consider the actual situation in domestic practice and develop proposals for its improvement.
