Essay

The dissertation is devoted to solving the problem of obtaining nanomodified finishing mortars on the basis of developed photocatalytic composite binders, which are obtained by mixing composite Portland cement CEM II / B-M (S-P-L) 32.5R with mineral additives of different types and nanomodifiers. The advantages of such finishing mortars are the possibility of using photocatalysis technology in interior finishing of surfaces due to the use of doped titanium dioxide nanocomposite. It is noted that the complex additive based on doped titanium dioxide, thiosulfonate type fungicide, air-entrainment additive and polycarboxylate superplasticizer in combination with ultrasonic dispersion technology gives the finishing mortars self-cleaning, photocatalytic and biocidal properties. Nanomodified finishing mortars based on photocatalytic composite binders have been developed, which are characterized by improved physical-mechanical and operational properties. Titanium dioxide nanocomposite in combination with modifiers of plasticizing and air-entraining action creates the newest finishing surfaces which can carry out processes of self-cleaning in a visible spectrum of light.
