The dissertation reflects the solution of the actual scientific and applied task of optimizing the functional and planning infrastructure of large cities in the context of the organization of construction processes in the conditions of dense urban development by creating a modern economic and mathematical toolkit for the formation of the assessment mechanism and the selection of rational organizational and management solutions aimed at the implementation of developed, justified and well-thought-out intersystem connections between organizational, technological, technical and logistical measures, which leads to a decrease in the cost of construction and assembly works, a reduction in labor costs, using the platform of the field of knowledge of logistics and logistics methods, which, from the point of view of the latest theoretical and conceptual basis, solves a number of organizational, production and economic tasks. The results of the dissertation work confirm the accepted hypothesis regarding the possibility of improving the organization of construction processes in the conditions of compacted buildings in order to optimize the functional and planning infrastructure of cities in terms of future reconstruction. According to the analysis of the negative state of Ukraine that has developed, the need to use programs to rebuild the infrastructure of the cities of our country through the implementation of a wide range of measures to improve the organization of construction production, increase the validity and improve the development of plans for organizational, technological and technical measures, their balance with the flows of material resources and capacities of construction and assembly organizations using aspects of the science of logistics. Logistics is one of the modern ways of improving the methods of organization and management of the reconstruction programs of the country's cities, its potential can be transformed into real logistics systems, which gives significant economic and social effects. Therefore, the approach is carried out by solving the extreme task of choosing the scope of organizational, technological and technical measures, taking into account logistical approaches. The existing methods and models of linear programming do not meet the requirements of this problem and are associated with the difficulties of reducing the problem to a canonical form. To do this, we will use a complex approach, which is based on both the theory of graphs and the theory of optimality, which provides advantages in the implementation of mathematical and economic aspects. Thus, the task of optimizing the functional and planning infrastructure of large cities in terms of the organization of construction processes in the conditions of dense urban development is considered as a component of the general system of organizational and technological preparation of construction and its implementation will be carried out on the basis of modern economic and mathematical methods and models. In this regard, the practice of organizing construction processes in the conditions of compacted urban development needs not only adequate innovative tools that allow more effective use of scientific potential, for the further development of modeling tools for the optimal implementation of ОТТ and ЛЗ and obtaining an economic effect. The assessment of the state of the issue and traditional models of development of ОТТтаЛЗ acquires special relevance. Within the framework of improving the organization of construction processes in the conditions of compacted buildings, an organizational-technological-technical toolkit was developed and substantiated, which includes the following elements: - a model for obtaining optimal volumes of implementation of logistical measures in the organization of construction processes in the conditions of dense urban development; - a model for obtaining optimal volumes of implementation of organizational, technological and technical measures of OTTZ in the organization of construction processes in the conditions of dense urban development; - a model of production obligations of OTTZ and LZ in the organization of construction processes in the conditions of dense urban development with optimization of the functional and planning infrastructure of cities...
