Semianista S. Securing of right for access to public information in the administrative rule-making.

Underline, that a requirement of introduction of public management, the characteristic signs of that are providing of openness of administrative procedures and informative transparency, is possible on condition of the proper adjusting of access to public information as "represented and documented by any facilities and on any transmitters of the information, got or created in the process of implementation of imperious plenary powers of the duties envisaged by a current legislation subjects, or such, that is in possession of subjects of imperious plenary powers, other managers of public information, certain Law of Ukraine "On access to public information". Reasonably, that the proper normatively-legal providing of access to public information is the guarantee of providing of realization of function of public inspection after the results of activity of public and local self-government authorities.
