Essay

The thesis paper presents the results of laboratory and clinical studies and offers new solutions to the current scientific problem of modern dentistry, which are to increase the efficiency of carious teeth direct restoration from photocomposite materials by improving the use of adhesive systems, optimizing the mode and conditions of light polymerization. Photocomposite materials and adhesive systems are widely used for direct restoration of frontal and lateral teeth. The use of any adhesive system involves its full curing due to the influence of light flux of the photopolymerizer. Therefore, the light irradiation of the adhesive system should be considered an important stage of direct recovery. An optimized method of the adhesive system light polymerization by direct restoration of teeth with photocomposite materials by stepwise exposure to it at the bottom and each of the cavity walls by light flux using LED photopolymerizer of constant high intensity by means of a nozzle on the light guide indicates high clinical efficacy of photocomposite restorations.
