The dissertation is devoted to the research of the process of implementation of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court into the Ukraine's national legislation. Doctrinal sources and research methodology, concepts, preconditions of adoption, legal nature of the Rome Statute, concepts and forms, models and methods of implementation of the Rome Statute, constitutional and legal bases of its implementation in Ukraine, other post-Soviet and European countries were analyzed. The implementation of the Rome Statute is one of the conditions for the proper exercise of human and civil rights and freedoms, including the right to judicial protection and others. This is an organizational and legal activity of the state represented by authorized entities, which is implemented in the manner prescribed by law and consists of consistent legislative and other procedures aimed at ensuring the jurisdiction of the ICC over persons responsible for particularly serious crimes defined by the Rome Statute.
