Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the development and standardization of the composition and technology of liquid oral and injectable solutions based on dihydroquercetin (DHQ) for the treatment and prevention of cardiovascular diseases. The introduction presents the relevance of the topic, purpose, objectives of the study, noted the scientific novelty and practical significance of the results. Analysis of the scientific literature has shown that at the present level much attention is paid to natural biologically active substances (BAS), especially those that have a wide range of pharmacological action and antioxidant properties. Such BAS include the natural bioflavonoid dihydroquercetin (DHQ). An important property of bioflavonoids is the absence of toxic effects, so even in large doses they usually do not cause any adverse reactions. There is also a positive effect from the use of these compounds in the form of dietary supplements in various cardiovascular and neurodegenerative diseases.
