Stroyko I. Civil Protection of the Related Rights of Broadcasting Organizations.

The dissertation is a complex scientific research of the challenging issues of the civil legal protection and enforcement of the related rights of broadcasting rights, on the basis of which the propositions on the improvement of the current legislation of Ukraine and modernization of international regulation in the indicated field have been formulated. The dissertation research is based on the analysis of the current and prospective legislation of Ukraine in the sphere of the related rights of broadcasters, international and regional treaties, enhanced and comprehensive law of the European Union, legislation of foreign countries, judicial practice of Ukraine and court decisions of the European Court of Justice.
