Svets A. Investigation of criminal offenses related to illegal handling of hazardous materials and substances

The dissertation is one of the first in Ukraine comprehensive monographic study of theoretical and practical problems of investigation of criminal offenses related to illegal handling of hazardous materials and substances, taking into account the current state of criminal procedure law and law enforcement. The author's interpretation of the forensic characterization of criminal offenses related to illegal handling of dangerous materials and substances has been developed, as well as its main elements have been identified. It is stated that the forensic characterization of criminal offenses related to illegal handling of hazardous materials and substances does not relate to a single offense, but combines all the features of criminal offenses, the subject of which is RHBYA materials and substances or equipment intended for their production or manufacture.
