The dissertation provides a theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem, which consists in solving a set of theoretical and practical problems of legal regulation for property rights restriction of persons in criminal proceedings at the stage of pre-trial investigation. As a result, a number of conclusions, proposals and recommendations aimed at improving the restriction of property rights of individuals during individual investigative (search) and covert investigative (search) actions in criminal proceedings at the stage of pre-trial investigation were formulated. The list of measures to ensure criminal proceedings that restrict the property rights of persons during criminal proceedings at the stage of pre-trial investigation was introduced. The author defines the methodology of research on the restriction of property rights of persons during criminal proceedings at the stage of pre-trial investigation. First of all, a number of methodological problems on the creation of an adequate methodology of scientific knowledge are considered. The definition of the concept of "restriction of property rights of persons during criminal proceedings at the stage of pre-trial investigation" is proposed, as well as the factors of restriction of property rights in criminal proceedings are defined and differentiated. Measures to ensure criminal proceedings are highlighted. Certain investigative and covert investigative actions to limit the property rights of persons under criminal proceedings at the stage of pre-trial investigation are described. The conditions and purpose of restricting the property rights of persons during criminal proceedings are determined.
