Tkachuk S. Administrative and Legal Support of Public Procurement in Ukraine

Thesis is devoted to the comprehensive study of several issues related to the administrative and legal support of public procurement in Ukraine. The evolution of the formation and development of the sphere of communication at different historical stages of the formation of Ukraine is studied. Based on this, the main six historical periods of public procurement development in Ukraine are identified and characterized. It is noted that objective coverage of historical and legal aspects of public procurement in Ukraine will help to identify and understand the general tendencies in this area under certain historical conditions, to get acquainted with its achievements and gaps, to take into account the positive experience in building of a modern model of public procurement in Ukraine.
