Thesis is a complex research devoted to the essence and features of self-regulatory activity in the sphere of economic, professional activities, and to the improvement of public-legal bases for self-regulatory organizations’ activities. It is noted that self-regulation has been typicalto the society since the very beginning of the primary forms of general conduction of work. The primary forms of self-regulatory organizations developed rules of professional activity, performed the functions of control and supervision due to the “vacuum” of state regulation in such areas. The peculiarity of such organizations was a certain legalization by the state. Such self-regulatory organizations regulated their own activities at the level of development and adoption of local acts. The feature of national self-regulation formation is the transition from voluntary to compulsory regulation.
