Mienialov O. Administrative and legal status of a judge of the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to a comprehensive study of the administrative and legal status of a judge of the Supreme Anti - Corruption Court. This work is the first monographic study in which the theoretical and legal characteristics of the administrative and legal status of a judge of the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court were firstly carried out, which led to the analysis of the following issues: 1) determination of historical and legal aspects of transformation of administrative and legal status of a judge in Ukraine; 2) characteristics of the essence and elements of the administrative and legal status of judges of the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court; 3) specific characteristics of the administrative and legal status of a judge of the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court.
