Buhaiova O. Legal regime of property in the Armed Forces of Ukraine

The dissertation an is an independent completed scientific work devoted to the study of social relations of a property nature that arise in the process of activity of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and their interaction with other participants. In order to improve the management of state property in general and the property of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in particular, it is proposed to include in the list of military property: money (received from economic activities); land plots (as defense purpose lands). The legal title of securing military property in relation to military authorities, associations and formations to which military property may belong or to which it may be assigned has been determined. It is proposed to develop and adopt the Concept of property management in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine "On property management in the Armed Forces of Ukraine". The definition of the algorithm for the transfer of defense lands at the level of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is substantiated, taking into account the special procedure for the transfer of military property from the operational management of military units, the special list of actors involved and the interest of local communities and the state.
