The dissertation on the basis of in-depth analysis of normative sources and scientific and doctrinal bases reveals the procedural characteristics of consideration and resolution of cases of violation of voting rights of citizens in administrative proceedings of Ukraine, formed modern proposals and recommendations for proper legal procedure for resolving election disputes. The essence of administrative proceedings as a way of resolving public law disputes in the field of suffrage is formed. The voting rights of citizens are defined as a condition for the emergence of a public law dispute. The international legal possibilities of protection of voting rights of citizens are analyzed. The legal nature of the public-law dispute concerning the violation of suffrage is determined. The classification of public law disputes concerning violation of citizens' suffrage has been clarified. The parties in public law disputes concerning violation of citizens' suffrage have been identified. Legislation on consideration and resolution of cases of violation of voting rights of citizens in Ukraine has been improved. The directions of formation of the proper legal procedure for resolving public-law disputes on violation of citizens' voting rights in administrative courts are revealed.
