Essay

The dissertation provides a theoretical generalization and a practical solution to the problem of professional training in physical therapy at Danish universities. The state of legislative and regulatory support of professional training of specialists in physical therapy in Denmark and Ukraine has been studied. The peculiarities of professional training of specialists in physical therapy in Danish universities are described. The paper describes a typical structural model of professional training of future specialists in physical therapy, which consists of targeted, theoretical - methodological (systemic, competency, axiological, acmeological, interdisciplinary and personal methodological approaches and didactic principles of accessibility, openness, humanization, democratization, scientific, gradual, continuity, flexibility, mobility, integration with science and industry, the connection of theory with practice, individualization, activity), technological (characterized the content and scope of educational components and time description of their mastery; forms (training, independent work, practical training and control measures) and active learning methods (simulation, role play, debate, problem-based learning methods and case-method)) and control-regulatory (characterized by the general principles of assessment of academic achievement and described the system of control measures, emphasis on writing) units. Peculiarities of professional training of specialists in physical therapy in Ukraine are revealed. It is established that the model of professional training of specialists in physical therapy in the universities of Ukraine is more focused on theoretical training, insufficiently focused on practical training of future specialists and uses established methods, forms and means of training. A comparative and pedagogical analysis of the features of professional training of specialists in physical therapy at the universities of Denmark and Ukraine. Possibilities of creative use of constructive ideas of the Danish experience of preparation of experts in physical therapy in the system of university education of Ukraine are substantiated. It is recommended to managers in the field of education: to clarify the content of professional standards and passports of professions in the field of physical therapy; to declare the need to pass the international English language exam (level B1) already at the level of ZSSO; develop university rankings for specific specialties to better understand stakeholders' quality of training. It is recommended to scientists in the field of pedagogical sciences: to carry out comparative pedagogical research of the experience of professional training of specialists in physical therapy in countries that have effective health care systems (EU countries, China, etc.); to ensure the competitiveness of graduates in the labor market to focus on administrative-organizational and scientific-methodological principles of development and implementation of interdisciplinary programs.
