Panov V. Administrative and legal regulation of disciplinary liability of detectives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine

In the dissertation on the basis of the analysis of scientific and normative-legal sources the theoretical generalization, and also the new decision of a problem of administrative-legal regulation of disciplinary responsibility of detectives of NABU is carried out. Proposals and recommendations for improving the current legislation in this area, including on the basis of the use of positive foreign experience. It is established that the given concepts and features of disciplinary responsibility allow to formulate own definition of the concept of disciplinary responsibility of NABU detectives and to define a number of its basic features. It is determined that the disciplinary liability of NABU detectives should be understood as one of the types of legal liability, which consists in the obligation of NABU detectives to answer to the head of the specified body or authorized person / body for the disciplinary misconduct committed by non-fulfillment or improper execution labor or official duties, as well as to incur disciplinary sanctions in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
