Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the problem of development of to-be social workers polyprofessional mobility within the conditions of European integration. Having analysed scientific and pedagogical sources, the concepts of "mobility", "professional mobility", "polyprofessional mobility" are revealed, the types and signs of mobility are considered; a retrospective analysis was carried out and the stages of formation of the scientific definition of "mobility" were determined; the essence of the concept "polyprofessional mobility of a social worker" and the content, features, structural components of the process of forming polyprofessional mobility of to-be social workers in European integration were determined based on the interdisciplinary approach, in particular the analysis of philosophical, sociological, psychological, pedagogical, legal, economic, medical literature; on the basis of the system approach the structural-semantic model of formation of polyprofessional mobility of to-be social workers under the conditions of European integration is developed; trends in the development of education in Europe and Ukraine are studied, the experience of social specialists training in the national and European extent is analyzed. The diagnosis (ascertaining stage of the experiment) of the state of to-be social workers polyprofessional mobility development in the conditions of European integration is carried out. Substantiates the socio-pedagogical conditions for the development of polyprofessional mobility of to-be social workers in terms of European integration; a socio-pedagogical experiment on implementing these conditions has been organized and conducted. Analysis and evaluation of the experimental work results (control stage) shows the presence of positive changes in the indicators of the studied criteria for the development of polyprofessional mobility of to-be social workers. The participants of the experimental group were found to have improved the level of their polyprofessional mobility. The results of the study can be implemented in the system of higher education at the first (bachelor's) level for those who study on the educational program, specialty 231 Social Work, as well as in the process of professional advanced training for teachers and social workers.
