The dissertation is devoted to the research of theoretical and practical problems of administrative and legal support of professional training of managerial staff of the National Police of Ukraine on the basis of studying the experience of the police of the EU countries. The paper provides a theoretical generalization and a new solution to the scientific problem, which is to clarify the nature and features of administrative and legal regulation of professional training of police officers, as well as the development of proposals and recommendations for improving relevant legislation.
