Essay

The paper considers state coercion in the private law policy of the state. It is shown that in private legal relations the initiators of coercive influence, as a rule, are individuals, but the actual implementation of coercion by them is possible only with the participation of the state. Thus, we should talk about the existence of special forms of state coercion in private law relations.
