Hutsul R. Criminological support of individual prevention of mercenary crimes of minors

The dissertation covers the study of individual prevention of juvenile delinquency in general and their criminological support. Within the framework of the completed dissertation scientific and theoretical results were obtained, which are important not only for science, but also for the activity of law enforcement agencies. The paper analyzes the definitions of the concept of mercenary crimes of minors available in the scientific literature; individual prevention of mercenary crimes of minors, and the author's interpretation of this concept is offered, in particular: individual prevention of mercenary crimes of minors is. It is determined that the forms of public prevention, as we see, are numerous, and their implementation requires high-quality information-analytical and methodological support, which is entrusted to law enforcement agencies. A special place in the prevention of mercenary crimes of minors is given to law enforcement agencies - one of the main specialized entities for crime prevention.
